Rubber City Reuse was founded by two siblings and Akron natives on a mission to foster eco-friendly initiatives and engage the community in innovative ventures.

Rubber City Reuse was established in a region familiar with environmental challenges, driven by a strong commitment to the environment and the community. Collaborating with local community gardens and landscapers, they initiated composting programs for organic waste from households and kitchens.

Founded in 2019, Rubber City Reuse has since played a pivotal role in diverting organic waste from landfills, converting it into nutrient-rich compost used for various local initiatives such as food cultivation, soil remediation, erosion prevention, and beautification of gardens.

Proudly serving Northeast Ohio from Akron since its inception, Rubber City Reuse continues to offer sustainable solutions for a greener tomorrow.
